Established in July 2020 by Danielle Cirilli, Create Collective is a colorful space where each Artist behind the chair truly is in complete control of their creative career. Our many Talented Artists are skilled with all hair color and textures, allowing them to effortlessly create dimensional hair looks that custom suit you and your lifestyle.
